Wood Pellets are made from compressed food-grade sawdust and hardwood shavings that have been pressurised to remove most of the air and moisture. These pellets are held together through the wood’s natural binding agent, lignin, to produce long and thin wood pellets that are broken into smaller pieces.

The result offers a highly efficient and clean-burning fuel source that also comes in a variety of added flavours to offer more punch to your cooking.
