Candy Sue, pitmaster of BBQr’s Delight barbeque competition team, cooks all meat categories on one cooker (Yoder Cimarron Trailer), so she needs pellets that work for everything!  She mixes 50/50 pecan and cherry in a 5 gallon bucket and that’s what goes in the hopper and this is that exact mix. These BBQr’s Delight Pellets are flavour wood blended with oak to give you consistent, clean fire for your pellet burning cooker and plenty of great smoke flavour for your food. These food-grade wood pellets are packaged in 9.07 kg bags.

This sublime blend of Apple Wood, American Hickory, and Red Oak is mature but gentle. If you’re unsure about which pellets to use, choose the Apple blend for hardy flavors. You can’t go wrong with this one!

We produce GMG pellets from 100% kiln-dried sawdust which stays clean throughout the process. The natural lignin present in all woods binds the pellets together without any additives whatsoever.

Pellets impart true wood flavor to your food and are all natural – contain no additives whatsoever.

The GMG process is to force sawdust through a die at high temperature and pressure. This melts the lignin in the wood. Lignin is the substance which holds a tree together, and as it exits the die, it cools and holds our pellets together as well.
